When someone dies by suicide, the loved ones left behind often must deal with an array of their own emotions. It can be difficult to discuss with people who have not had the same experience. Some people feel that they are not able to share their feelings or story due to stigma or suicide being a taboo topic. This support group is a supportive space to share your grief, and support others.
A Brave Space for those who have lost someone to taking their own lives.
A Facilitated Peer Support Group. A chance to share your story and meet others in a similar situation.
