Our groups meet on a weekly basis and are a great way to meet new people, get support and have a great time. Get in contact to learn how you can join in.

Goulburn Valley Men's Issue Group Inc.

A group for men of all ages to come along and socialise with others in a relaxed environment.
Great support for dads or single dads to support and assist eachother in facing everyday issues.
Date: Every Wednesday
Time: 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Northenders Womens Group

A group for women of all ages. Socialise and have a cuppa with others in a relaxed environment.
Date: Every Thursday (summer time only)
Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Cost: FREE

Cuppa and Chat

A social group talking over the week's activities, playing card games and walking.
A Health Nurse is also available. All new faces and suggestions are most welcomed.
Date: Every Monday (except school holidays)
Time: 10:00pm to 12:00pm
Cost: $1 per person

Walking Group

Tired of walking by yourself?
Need more motivation to get out there and start?
Would you like to meet new people?
Then why not come along for some gentle fun exercise with a supportive group.
Group meets up at North Shepparton Community & Learning Centre at 58 Olympic Avenue, Shepparton.
Date: Every Monday (except school holidays)
Time: 9:30pm to 10:30pm
