The Certificate I in Business (BSB10107) is a nationally accredited course that offers basic training in essential office skills for a role in an office environment, performing a range of operational and administrative duties.

Certificate III in Children's Services CHC30402

This certificate is nationally accredited and provides you with the training required to work as a Family Day Carer, Child Care Assistant, Out of School Hours Care Assistant, Nanny or anyone caring for infants and children up to 12 years of age.

This course offers graduates training to be able to work or who are interested in the children services industry.
Successful completion of this course provides students with the skills to undertake the Diploma in Children's Services.

Diploma in Children's Services CHC50302

This diploma is nationally accredited and provides you with knowledge and skills required to enter the childen's services sector as a qualified child care worker. Workers at this level have responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteers.

Pre-requiste for this course is Certificate III in Children's Services.

First Aid Level 2 - HLTFA301B

This is a short course designed to develop the knowledge and skills to provide basic first aid and manage the casualties at an incident.
This unit covers the application of skills and knowledge in an emergency in the workplace or home where first aid treatment options are applied. It is about assessing the situation, providing first aid to the casuality, coordinating first aid until medical assistance arrives, communicating details of the incident to others involved in treatment and evaluating the incident after the event to learn from the activities.

Includes Epi Pen Training

First Aid Level 3 - HLTFA402B

You will be able to provide advanced first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders a well as support to other providers. Competency includes Advanced Resuscitation techniques, AED, oxygen administration and anaphylaxis management.
This unit covers the application of skills and knowledge in an emergency in the workplace or home where first aid treatment options are applied.

Emergency Asthma Management - 21386VIC

This course provides the knowledge and skills to enable people to identidy asthma signs and symptoms and provide emergency management for a person suffering from an asthma attack. Possession of a Statement of Attainment permits the holder to apply for a Bronchodilator Accreditation Number (BAN) to keep asthma medication in a first aid kit and administer the medication.

First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis - 21659VIC

This will provide training in the recognition and emergency management of allergic reactions and anaphylaxis. This training includes the use and administation of Epi Pen.

Food Handlers Level I

Food Handlers Level II

This nationally accredited course has been designed for people who have completed the Level 1 Food Handlers course. It involves the successful completion of the following units:

* Apply and Monitor Food Safety Requirements HLTFS10A
* Oversee the Day to Day Implementation of Food Safety in the Workplace HLTFS9A
